Flying Scotsman Rally
The 8th Flying Scotsman Rally will call at Castle Howard on the first day of their thee day tour.

On Friday 15 April, it will be “All aboard” for departure from Belvoir Castle, in the East Midlands for three days of glorious vintage motoring through the Lincolnshire and Yorkshire Wolds then onwards to the North and beyond via Northumberland and some of Scotland’s finest Lochs and Glens before arriving in front of the splendid Gleneagles hotel.

One hundred pre-second world war motors will arrive at Castle Howard for lunch on the first day of the tour, Friday 15 April, between 12pm and 2.30pm. The cars will congregate in the main car park for visitors to admire. View the full list of participants on the rally website.

Please note, due to the large numbers participating in the rally the Courtyard Cafe will be closed to day visitors on Friday 15 April. The Coffee Shop, Fitzroy Restaurant and Boathouse Cafe will be open as usual.
