If you enjoy good food, then you will enjoy a visit to Castle Howard's Stable Courtyard, where you can indulge in our Farm Shop, Coffee Shop and Courtyard Café!

Our Farm Shop has a great butcher's counter, mostly selling meat sourced within 15 miles of Castle Howard, as well as beef from Castle Howard Estate.   We also have fresh fish and Castle Howard homebaking, as well as a well-stocked delicatessen and groceries available seasonally.   

At the Coffee Shop delight in great coffee and local ice cream, as well as homebaked cakes and patisserie - all to take away.

The Courtyard Café changes menus seasonally and prepares all its food fresh to order.  It's a great location for enjoying some afternoon sunshine after a trip to our shops and is also open to visitors to the House & Gardens.
