Facilities Manager
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum dependent on experience, 40 hours per week
We are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee security, health and safety, cleaning, utilities, space management and the facilities team within this complex heritage environment. The role requires interaction with a variety of stakeholders to generate and promote a positive safe and secure environment and culture. Having a confidential and professional approach at all times and exceptional communication, management and organisation skills is essential.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised Health and Safety qualification such as NEBOSH and have both knowledge and experience of building construction and maintenance work. Experience of working in a residential or historic house environment would also be desirable.
