On approaching the venue follow event signage for Castle Howard Concerts. Please do not follow the existing venue signs or your Sat Nav. There are various entrances to the venue depending on which direction you are travelling from.
If you are being dropped off or picked up by friends, family or a taxi please follow the signage to the dedicated pick up and drop off point. Please do not get dropped off in other locations as the route may be unlit and uneven ground and a risk of conflict with vehicles. We wish to ensure our audience have a safe journey to and from the concert.
There is a 5-10 minute walk from car park to concert arena along uneven path. Please ensure you are wearing suitable footwear for undulating farmland. Please ensure you leave enough time to access the arena and to undergo security checks.
There is a dedicated Gold Circle lane at the public entrance for Duran Duran.
There is one public entrance which audiences will be directed to by stewards from the car parks.
There is a dedicated lane at the public entrance for Accessible ticket holders.
Car Parking will be allocated depending on direction of arrival into the venue. Please follow event signage on approach to the venue. For camping customers, the car park will be open at 12:00pm For all other customers, the car park will be open from 16:00pm To save time please book your parking ticketing prior to your arrival, tickets will be available online up to 24 hours before the event. Tickets will be available to buy on arrival to the car park at increased cost – £15 cash sale only.
The onsite box office opens at 16:00pm Doors open at 17:00pm Duran Duran will be on stage at 21:00pm Last Entry is 21:15pm for Duran Duran Last Entry for The Chemical Brothers is 21:15pm There is no readmission after entry. Please make sure you have your tickets saved to your iPhone or Android wallet as reception in the area may be intermittent. This will save time when entering the arena and avoid any queues at the box office.
Food and drink You are not allowed to bring your own food and drink to Duran Duran or the Chemical Brothers. However, food and drink will be available to purchase on site from vendors.
Seating Seats and chairs of any kind are not permitted into the events. This includes seat sticks and inflatable seats. You are permitted to bring a blanket to sit on, although you may be asked to pack this up when the show starts.
Umbrellas You are not allowed to bring umbrellas to the Live at Castle Howard concerts. As we cannot always rely on British weather, please make sure you have appropriate clothing fit for rain or shine.
