Festive Afternoon Tea at Castle Howard is a unique and sumptuous experience; Enjoy an exquisite selection of savoury treats created by Head Chef David Haynes and a stunning array of sweet delights prepared by Head Pastry Chef Vanessa Wade, served beside a roaring fire in the elegant Grecian Hall.  You can always add a celebratory glass or two of Nyetimber fizz, if you wish!

Places are limited and Tea will be served at reserved tables. Sittings available sessions throughout the afternoon on selected dates.

Choose your selected date and time from the available sessions on the booking calendar. Please be advised that you should arrive at the Grecian Hall around 5 minutes prior to your afternoon tea start time. Due to demand, arriving late may mean we are unable to seat you.

Christmas House & Gardens Admission with Afternoon Tea  £43.95

Friends of Castle Howard and Annual Pass Holders  £25.00

Glass of Nyetimber Fizz (per person) £6.50 

*Please note there is no online booking or preview week discount available on the Festive Afternoon Tea package

Festive Afternoon Tea cannot be booked in conjunction with any other offer.

Friends and Annual Pass holders should choose the Annual Pass ticket when booking Afternoon Tea, and must present a valid membership card on the day of the visit. If Friends are visiting with non-members, these guests require regular admission tickets plus their Afternoon Tea booking.

You will receive confirmation of your booking via email.  Please print this confirmation and present  it to the ticket office on the day of your visit. 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our Festive Afternoon Tea we are unable to cater for those with gluten, wheat or dairy allergies.
