Castle Howard are thrilled to host Camp Wilderness over the summer, for children and families. Activities include learning bushcraft skills, such as firelighting, shelter building, and wilderness first aid, as well as playing games in the forest and singing around the campfire. Providing a tech-free zone allows children to explore the world without outside influence while experienced leaders provide 24-hour care.
Sleeping in safari-style bell tents and cooking bushcraft meals over open fires, children create life-long memories while experiencing the great outdoors. The camp also offers family weekends for everyone to enjoy learning and having fun together.
