Due to the current climate and rising Covid cases in the area we are doing all we can to deliver an excellent Christmas experience, often with less staff than we had planned, due to illness or self-isolation.

Please be patient, kind, and understanding of the fact that the staff we do have on site are working extremely hard to ensure we can remain open.

We are asking visitors to avoid trying to get in touch on the phone, as our very small admin team are now filling in on more operational roles across the site, so please read the attached FAQ's as they may answer any questions you have!
