Florian Poirot comes from the north east of France where he started to learn making fine pastry 15 years ago. He has got several diplomas including a master of pastry and confectionery and has worked fro some of the best pastry shops in France.

Now based in York, Florian will be supplying a rainbow of delicious, fresh macaroons to the farm shop, available to buy individually or boxed.
