Simon and Mrs Howard and their children Merlin and Octavia.  Visit the house and enjoy dramatic interiors containing world-famous collections, and listen to friendly guides as they share their detailed knowledge and relate the many and varied stories of previous generations.   In the grounds be swept away by the scale and beauty of Castle Howard's monumental landscape, which offers spectacular views at every turn.  With hundreds of acres to explore, there are endless corners to discover and a huge variety of ways for visitors to spend their time.
