Directions to the Lakeside Holiday Park

Castle Howard Lakeside Holiday Park is located approximately 15 miles north east of York, just off the A64.

From the North: From the A1 take the A61 to Thirsk then the A170 to Helmsley. Before Helmsley turn right onto the B1257 and follow the brown signs.  If you are towing a caravan please follow the signs for the route to avoid Sutton Bank - these are clearly marked.

From the South: Take the A1M to Junction 45 and follow the A64 east to York. Continue past York and eventually you will pick up the brown signs for Castle Howard.  Please be aware of height restrictions at the Gate House. If your vehicle is over 3.43m H x 2.60m W please access Castle Howard via Malton and Coneysthorpe. A brown sign will direct you from Malton town centre along Castle Howard Drive.
