Head of Landscape and Gardens
Competitive, dependent on experience

Castle Howard, one of Britain’s most iconic stately homes, is seeking a visionary Head of Landscape and Gardens to lead the stewardship and development of its extraordinary grounds and gardens. • Enhance visitor engagement through seasonal displays, interpretation, and guided experiences
  • Collaborate with heritage experts and external partners to preserve historic features
  • Champion biodiversity, peat-free planting, and climate-resilient horticulture
  • Manage departmental budgets, procurement, and operational logistics across the estate
