The Castle Howard Estate has around 170 residential properties available to let, these properties range from flats and cottages to larger family houses. The Estate also lets out commercial properties.

Our residential properties range from small character cottages to large detached houses and are available on a 12 month assured shorthold tenancy agreement.  Pets are usually permitted, subject to written consent.

The property is managed by the Estate Office, with repairs and renovations undertaken in house by our Building Services team.
