Virtual Queue for tickets

During peak times during the on sale period there might be a Virtual Waiting Room and Virtual Queue. This helps us manage the flow of bookers. The wait times on our expected busiest days (6th and 10th August) could be between one and three hours. Booking over the phone will not bypass the queue, but please don't hesitate to contact us if you are experiencing any issues.

Christmas at Castle Howard information & FAQs 

All Christmas at Castle Howard tickets are non-refundable. You may request an amendment to the date and time of your booking no less than 48 hours prior to your booked visit, by emailing sales@castlehoward.co.uk. Any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. All tickets are subject to a 5.5% booking fee.
