Easter Holidays at Castle Howard

Celebrate the start of Spring with a wonderful day out at Castle Howard. This holiday there are activities for all ages including a brand-new, bird box Easter Trail through the grounds and at the Castle Howard Arboretum featuring the work of local printmaker, Gerard Hobson;  and an opportunity to meet baby lambs at Skelf Island Adventure Playground.

Plus, the House reopens on 20th March, with the opportunity to see a new architecture exhibition as part of our Vanbrugh 300 celebrations.

Four-legged friends are very welcome at Castle Howard, but must be kept on a short lead at all times for the safety and comfort of both our visitors, and our wildlife. We also ask dog owners to clean up after their pets. For more information on our dog policy can be found here.
