Taking a lead role in the delivery of outstanding customer service to our many visitors, the Boat Skipper will deliver an engaging visitor experience by leading boat tours on the Great Lake, ensuring the safety of all passengers while showcasing the wildlife and scenery of Castle Howard Estate. Castle Howard is an exciting place to work with a busy and varied programme of outdoor events and activities.

Working within the Operations team, you will have a flexible and friendly approach to working outdoors in all weathers. You will be responsible for creating a positive and lasting impression, supporting visitors to enjoy the Boathouse area as well as the wider visitor attraction.
