The Role
We are looking for a People Advisor & Coordinator to join our People & Talent team in a varied and rewarding role supporting both employees and volunteers across the Estate.
You will help support a unique and diverse workforce of:
Working closely with the Head of People, you will provide practical, day-to-day HR support across the full people lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time work with flexibility, while remaining closely connected to the organisation.

This role is offered on a 25-hour per week basis, typically worked across five days.
We offer flexibility around working hours to support work-life balance, alongside the opportunity to work additional paid hours during peak periods, including the Christmas recruitment and onboarding season and key events throughout the year.
