We are seeking enthusiastic and customer focused Retail Assistants to join our team at Castle Howard, with the opportunity to work across our Farm Shop, House Gift Shop, Marquee and Garden Centre.

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding service in a unique and historic setting? This role offers the chance to work in our busy retail outlets, where every day brings variety and the opportunity to meet and support our visitors.

In this role, you will:

• Welcome and assist visitors, providing friendly and professional service
• Serve customers efficiently and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Keep the shop well-stocked, tid  and attractively presented at all times

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication skills and a positive can-do attitude
• Is flexible and reliable, with availability across a range of shifts
• Enjoys working as part of a supportive team in a busy environment
