We are seeking a Catering Supervisor to oversee the day to day running of a group of our popular and vibrant catering outlets and assist in the management of the catering team. You will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the catering outlets ensuring all visitors receive a memorable experience. Duties will include managing the till system, maintaining stock levels and ensuring all food regulations are adhered to.

You will have a flexible, positive attitude, good people management skills and the ability to communicate concisely will all levels of staff. You will also have previous experience of managing a catering outlet and having Level 2 Food Safety certificate is essential, however if you do not currently hold the qualification you will be given training in order to complete it.
