Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a unique and historic setting? Castle Howard is looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our Visitor Attraction team.

The Customer Service, Admin and Sales Assistant provides essential support to the Visitor Attraction at Castle Howard . The role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service through answering general enquiries on the phone and email and management of Group bookings. The role also provides Membership and Sales support.. The role is also responsible for general administrative tasks such as diary management and providing internal operational communications, and reporting on various aspects of Visitor Operations to the management team.
