A rare opportunity to join our Forestry team at Castle Howard!

The Forestry Assistant will be part of a small knowledge team of foresters whose main aim is the ongoing preservation and management of the 900 hectares of woodland on the Castle Howard Estate. Our woodlands range from commercial coniferous plantations to magnificent mature oak woods. The Forestry department are also responsible for the Estates firewood business. The successful candidate will be a hardworking individual who likes to spend much of their time working outside and is confident to work independently.
