We are seeking a reliable, positive and hardworking bareroot Tree Nursery Assistant to support daily operations at our nursery. This role involves hands-on work with bareroot trees, general nursery maintenance, and tractor operation. The ideal candidate will have experience working outdoors, be comfortable with physical tasks, and demonstrate safe, responsible equipment use.

This role involves hands-on work with bareroot trees, general nursery maintenance, and tractor operation. The ideal candidate will have experience working outdoors, be comfortable with physical tasks, and demonstrate safe, responsible equipment use.


Key Responsibilities
•Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting bareroot trees.
•Perform tasks such as grading, bundling, trimming, and preparing trees for shipment.
•Operate tractors and related equipment for field preparation, cultivation, transport, and general nursery work.
•Maintain and inspect tractors and implements, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
•Carry out irrigation setup, maintenance, and monitoring.
•Assist with weed, pest, and disease management.
•Load, unload, and transport nursery stock and supplies.
•Maintain clean and organized work areas, including fields, storage areas, and equipment sheds.
•Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a positive team environment.
