The Visitor Operations Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of all aspects of Castle Howard’s day-to-day visitor operations. They will lead, supervise, and develop the Visitor Operations team, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and commercial success across admissions, ticketing, volunteering, membership, house operations and group bookings.
