Thanks to the quick response of emergency services, family and staff a fire which broke out on Monday 25th November was contained to a garage adjacent to the main house.

Unfortunately, nearby IT cables were also damaged. This has resulted in some downtime to our main visitor operating systems such as ticketing and telephones, as well as the loss of our company network and internet services. Our IT manager, electrician and building services team are working hard to get us up & running and have taken delivery of 1.2km of new fibre optic cable, to replace that damaged in the fire.
