The ‘Chills and Thrills Halloween Spectacular’ was Castle Howard’s first Halloween event and we have received a number of comments about the evening, both positive and negative.

We pride ourselves on delivering consistently good quality, family friendly events and we recognise and accept there were a number of problems throughout the evening.

We are working hard to ensure such problems do not reoccur at any future events and will be responding to visitors individually to resolve any concerns they may have.
