Saturday – Yoga with Victoria Chan
Victoria has spent last 12 years building up both national and international teaching experiences. She is also the proud owner of Hotpod Yoga York.

Vix’s classes are always evolving and are playful yet mindful - an invitation to be curious. Her classes always incorporate philosophy elements, as well as the body, to cultivate a full rounded practice. Expect to feel physically and mentally lighter and liberated!

Sunday – Yoga with Katie Walter

Katie’s intention is to share practices which root students within themselves, leaving their bodies, minds, and hearts nourished. Through her practice, Katie works with her body instead of against it, while also finding emotional peace and spiritual connection. Katie has taught in Ohio, California, Hawaii, Florida, and for the last three years in York.

Monday – Yoga with Dora Rubenstein

Dora has been immersed in yoga since childhood. The daughter of a yoga teacher, she grew up practicing, and has since gone on to teach yoga, and AcroYoga internationally.

Her playful, dynamic classes blend active flexibility, strength-building drills, and anatomical insights drawn from her background in circus arts, including hand standing, contortion and aerial. Dora brings a sense of joy and challenge to every session; she is known for making people laugh and making movement fun!

Sauna and Ice Bath

The Ice and Embers sauna will be on site all weekend. Their contrast therapy experience pairs warming sauna sessions with cold plunges to create a mindful, restorative ritual. Heat eases muscle tension and invites relaxation; cold immersion awakens circulation, reduces inflammation, clears the mind and renews the body. Moving slowly through cycles of warmth, cold, and calm trains the nervous system to reset, improving sleep, easing stress, and supporting post workout recovery. Leave feeling physically refreshed and mentally centered and renewed by the restorative heat and cold.

Sound Bath and Cacao Ceremony

A 90-minute immersive session led by Lunar Rose Wellbing, carefully structured to support relaxation, emotional reset, and inner balance. The experience begins with a Cacao Ceremony, a gentle, heart-opening ritual using ceremonial-grade cacao. Holy Fire Reiki Guided Meditation follows, a calming meditation incorporating Holy Fire Reiki energy to promote deep relaxation, clarity, and emotional release. The experience concludes with an Immersive Sound Journey, using therapeutic instruments to support integration, restoration, and a sense of renewal.
