Terms of Entry

Castle Howard Estate Limited hope that you enjoy your visit to Castle Howard.

However accidents can occur and the following set out our liability in this event: 

1.  We will not accept responsibility unless you are injured or die as a result of our negligence. We will not limit this responsibility.
   
   
2.  We will not accept responsibility for damage to physical property owned by you unless this arises from our negligence. We are not responsible for the loss or damage to physical property resulting from your failure to comply with our reasonable instructions.  
   
   
3. We do not accept responsibility for any other loss or damage suffered by you resulting from: 
   
   
   1. Any losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when you purchased your ticket to enter Castle Howard.
   2. Any losses that were not caused by negligence.

Castle Howard Estate Limited reserves the right to refuse admission.
