Forgotten Flowers Watercolour Workshop
Join us for a full day of creative exploration inspired by some of our most delicate and threatened wildflowers: Primroses, Giant Bellflower and Wood Betony. We’ll be using them as the starting point for expressive, atmospheric watercolour paintings.
£95

This workshop is perfect for complete beginners as well as those with some experience who are keen to loosen up, try new techniques, and reconnect with the joy of painting.
While some drawing is required, the focus is on play, colour, and experimentation.

What you’ll do

We’ll begin the day by exploring colour and a range of exciting watercolour techniques. You’ll experiment with:

wet-on-wet painting

using masking fluid

creating textures using salt and spatter

Once you’ve had a chance to play and get comfortable, you’ll be guided step-by-step to create your own atmospheric painting - full of texture, light, and expressive mark-making.

What to bring

All materials are provided and included in the workshop price.
Please bring:

an apron (or clothes you don’t mind splashing paint on)

something to carry your finished paintings home
